Select the Pay tab on the Order page and follow the on-screen instructions. Currently, we accept USDC, Bitcoin, and ZCash payments. Other payment methods like credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are coming soon.

Yes. We do not store personal wallet information such as wallet credentials, private keys, or seed phrases. Crypto payments are confirmed directly on-chain. Once payment is confirmed, your plan is activated automatically.

You can pay with Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network, ZCash on the ZCash network, or USDC on major EVM chains: Ethereum Mainnet, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon.

Plans are prepaid and active for the duration paid, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Paid plans are not refundable. However, if you encounter any issues while using Catina, please reach out to support@catina.box. We are here to help.

Currently we only support prepaid plans. When you purchase a monthly or annual plan, there is no auto-renewal after your paid term ends. To continue, you will need to purchase a new plan. You can always extend your plan or buy multiple months at once. You can see how long your plan is active on your Plans page.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. You automatically get a discount based on the remaining duration of your current plan, so you do not lose anything.
